We understand that life happens, but to respect our stylists' time, any appointments canceled without at least 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Add-ons charges may apply for additional bowls of color.

For retail purchases, we offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase and exchanges within 14 days to ensure you love your products. Thank you for your understanding and support!
